Number of participants
If the number of participants changes, the final number of participants must be confirmed by e-mail to hotel@desvignes.ch or by phone to +41 27 203 50 30 , at the latest 3 days before the event. Changes to the number of participants announced too late will be invoiced.
Event confirmation, cancellation and payment
By submitting my request on this page I agree to the above quote.
If an event is cancelled after it has been confirmed, we charge the following costs
Cancellation up to 30 days before the date of the event: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 29 days prior to the scheduled date: 50% of the accommodation price
Cancellation 3 to 13 days before the planned date: 60% of the total price
Cancellation from 0 to 2 days before the scheduled date: 80% of the total price
No show (without cancellation): 100% of the total price
The balance is payable within 10 days net and without discount upon receipt of the final invoice.
Equipment
Hotel des Vignes is not responsible for the loss or disappearance of equipment provided by the client unless an inventory has been drawn up in advance and signed by both parties.
